Gaming, point of sale and membership systems
A club's gaming floor, tills, membership database and loyalty program are not separate systems. They are one dependency chain, and a fault anywhere in it stops trading.
The systems we hold current experience with
Listed only where that experience is current and confirmed, per our standing rule on this site.
- Gaming — Aristocrat, eBET / MAX, IGT
- Point of sale — SwiftPOS
- Membership, loyalty and payroll — Micropower, King Street
- The infrastructure underneath — managed firewall, venue Wi-Fi, VLAN segregation and the links between gaming, POS and back office
Why this depth is the whole argument
Our director has written software that integrates with Aristocrat systems, on and off across twenty years; has worked with SwiftPOS since its first version in the 1990s; worked alongside the original developer of the eBET Turbo system; and built a club loyalty platform from scratch in the mid-2000s.
That matters for one practical reason. When a fault sits between your gaming vendor and your POS vendor, the value is not in logging a ticket with both. It is in knowing which one is actually wrong, and being able to say so with enough authority that the argument ends.
The Friday night problem
Gaming, POS and membership interdependencies are at their least forgiving during peak trade, which is exactly when the vendor's own support is thinnest. Under NEVO the after-hours and Friday-night risk is owned by one party with 24/7 cover, rather than distributed across three suppliers who each keep business hours.
Common questions
Are you a reseller for these platforms?
No, and we are careful about this. Aristocrat, eBET, IGT, SwiftPOS, Micropower and King Street are third-party trademarks. We describe genuine working experience with them; we do not claim partnership, endorsement or authorisation.
Can you deal with our gaming vendor directly?
Yes. We hold the technical conversation on your behalf, including with vendors we did not choose and do not supply. See the NEVO approach on vendor coordination.
