ClubIT

Managed IT & Support

Managed IT

One predictable monthly agreement covering the whole technology environment — not just the devices and the ticket queue.

What managed IT means under NEVO

Managed IT is the Support half of the NEVO model. ClubIT takes responsibility for keeping your people productive and your critical systems available, across the hours your organisation actually operates rather than the hours a support contract was written for.

That responsibility is deliberately broad. It covers endpoints, servers, network, cloud platforms and phones — and, importantly, the joins between them. When two suppliers each say the fault is the other's, resolving it is our problem, not yours to referee.

What is included

  • Unlimited helpdesk by portal, email, phone or a help button on the device itself
  • A 24/7 phone line, because a gaming floor and a care roster do not stop at 5pm
  • Remote monitoring and management on every endpoint and server, so we see problems before they become tickets
  • Onsite attendance across Northern NSW and Sydney — within 20 minutes for urgent calls in the Ballina–Alstonville region
  • Proactive maintenance on a schedule, not only when something breaks
  • Vendor coordination, including with suppliers we did not choose and do not resell
  • Formal response commitments, written into the agreement
  • Monthly service reporting and a quarterly roadmap review

Why the hours matter more than the headline rate

The organisations we serve share one characteristic: an outage has a person on the other end of it. A club's busiest trading hour is 8pm on a Friday. A practice's is 9am on a Tuesday. An aged-care med round starts at 7:30am. None of those are inside a standard business-hours agreement, and all of them are when failure costs the most.

This is the argument a client made better than we can:

“It's not so much what it costs you to have the service in place — it's the cost of when that service is not working.”

— Roger Hong, CEO, Evans Head Bowling Club

Common questions

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. NEVO carries a 90-day guarantee: give us ninety days, and if you are not satisfied you can cancel and we refund our fees. You keep the audit, the report and every improvement made in that time. Third-party hardware, licences and subscriptions bought on your behalf are pass-through costs and are excluded.

Do you replace our internal IT person?

Not necessarily. Where you already have internal capability, co-managed IT is usually the better fit — we cover the depth, the after-hours and the specialist work, and your person keeps the relationships and the local knowledge.

What happens in the first ninety days?

Handover and control in week one, a full audit and roadmap by day 45, then an intensive improvement program to day 90 with a review against the baseline. The week-by-week sequence is published on the NEVO page.

Do you know our club or clinical systems?

Yes, and we list only the platforms we hold current, confirmed experience with. Gaming, POS and membership: Aristocrat, eBET/MAX, IGT, King Street, Micropower, SwiftPOS. Clinical: MedicalDirector, Best Practice, PenCS, Communicare, HealthLink.
